growing up in the pacific northwest, we were constantly surrounded by innovation. from microsoft to amazon to countless startups, the seattle tech scene shaped our understanding of what technology could accomplish.
but when it came time for our own job searches, we realized something was missing. the application process was chaotic, disorganized, and frankly exhausting. spreadsheets weren't cutting it.
